Reflexity is looking for 2 Marketing Campaign Analysts to join its team in order to serve its growing clients base. Positions are opened for full-time and summer interships.
Main responsibilities
- Develop, execute and follow up on Pay Per Click (PPC) Internet marketing campaigns using Google AdWords, Yahoo! Serach Marketing and MSN AdCenter.
- Use software developed by Google, Yahoo!, MSN and Reflexity to manage bids, create segments, optimize offers, provide reporting and optimize profits.
- Research, create and test ads, keywords, keyword phrases, titles and descriptions.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis on campaign results and present to Marketing Team leader.
- Liaise with web development team regarding changes to sites content and structure in order to optimize campaigns.
- Understand and anticipate the psychology of the consumer sales cycle in order to create new campaigns and optimize existing ones.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Commerce or Business Administration
- General knowledge of business, analysis and interpretation of data, and problem solving skills.
- Ability to write and edit small text ads.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and independantly after an initial training period.
- Good knowledge of PC software and Internet applications.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Assets
- Basic knowledge of statistics
- Knowledge or experience related to direct marketing, email marketing and search marketing
- Basic HTML knowledge
- Internet research skills
- Time management and organisation skills
