Account Team Leader (Montreal, Canada) (1 position)

Reflexity is looking for an Account Team Leader in order to serve its growing clients base in consumer finance.  If you enjoy building lasting clients relationships, are fact based and data driven, know how to get the best of everyone strenghts, and are goal oriented this position may be for you.

Main responsibilities

  • Report to VP Operations
  • Point person for client communication and excellence.
  • Responsible for account P/L: responsible for all planning, execution, delivery and results of online marketing campaigns for a group of our clients.
  • Manage a cross discipline team of 2-3 persons to create, maintain and optimize clients’ campaigns.
  • Identify areas of clients’ campaigns that can be improved and find new revenues opportunities.
  • Define with VP of Operations the team’s and individual team members performance goals.
  • Manage the hiring process when necessary.
  • Consistently work with all departments and management to ensure highest level of client satisfaction.
  • Keep abreast of latest industry products, services, information and trends.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years online marketing industry/agency/consumer  experience managing client relationships within a high-volume environment.
  • Minimum of one year successfully managing online marketing campaigns.
  • Direct experience developing and growing budgets and up-sell activity on client engagements.
  • Direct experience with online marketing and media strategy, planning and campaign management.
  • Ability to quickly understand relevant business/marketing process and logic pertaining the delivery of our services.
  • Exceptionally organized Self-Starter who can work independently and within a team.
  • Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
  • Certified Google Advertising Professional is a plus.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, e-Commerce or other relevant discipline necessary.
  • Understanding of PPC campaigns, online optimization tools is also a big plus.
